We are hiring a receptionist to be responsible for guests, check hotel guests in and out, deal with guest inquiries, provide prompt and professional service to meet guests’ needs and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests Answer and direct incoming calls Inform guests of hotel rates and services. Make and confirm reservations for guests. Ensure proper room allocation Check in and check in guests Retrieve mail, packages and documents such as faxes for guests Qualifications Customer service orientation Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize Professional appearance and attitude. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Conflict Resolution Skills Ability to respond appropriately to diverse customers and guests.
