Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Report to work on time and as scheduled
2. Make sure new hires are properly trained in all client facets of customer service/sales
3. Review employee learning methodology and nesting performance
4. Participates in regular meetings and communicates opportunities for process improvement
5. Complete administrative duties such as: attendance record keeping, managing completion of LMS courses, post-training follow-up sessions, call monitoring and others
6. Identify training areas of opportunity and work to resolve issues
7. Assist trainees/nesters on the Production floor and provide support as needed
8. Maintain database of each new hire class.
